Gutter Cleaning Program — Terms & Conditions

Auto-renew / auto-pay service for CT Gutter customers in Fairfield County.

Scheduling

We schedule within the estimated window; weather delays get a revised date automatically.

Notifications

Email reminder ≈ 3 days before service. You don’t need to be home.

Guarantee

Dry cleaning only. We guarantee gutters & downspouts are free-flowing after service.

Billing

Invoice emailed after completion; card on file is charged in full.

Program Details

1) Enrollment & Cancellation
Enrolled customers are auto-renewed & auto-billed per the plan selected. You may cancel anytime by calling our office. We reserve the right to cancel enrollment and will notify you by phone if that occurs.
2) Scheduling & Weather
Services are completed within the estimated timeframe, weather permitting. If weather or unforeseen events delay us, we’ll send a revised schedule immediately. You don’t need to be home.
3) Technicians & Access
Typically two technicians perform your service. They’ll knock/ring; if no answer, they’ll proceed. Questions go to our office staff. Technicians are trained and insured (WC & GL).
4) Cleaning Method & Guarantee
Our gutter cleaning is dry-cleaning (no water). We guarantee all gutters and downspouts are cleared of clogs at completion.
5) Rescheduling & Debris Handling
Call in advance to cancel or reschedule so we can adjust routing. We remove debris from your gutters. Bagged debris is hauled away; otherwise it’s gathered/blended into the yard. Debris not originating from gutters isn’t included.
6) Screens / Covers Limitations
We clean gutters and the tops of existing screens/covers to the best of our ability. Debris trapped beneath covers isn’t guaranteed. If covers prevent service, we’ll notify you; if you authorize removal, covers may be discarded and an additional fee may apply (pre-approved).
7) Free Inspection & Issue Reporting
Every visit includes a complimentary inspection. If we identify issues, we’ll contact you with recommendations.
8) Invoicing & Payment
An invoice is emailed after completion; the card on file is then charged in full. Pricing is guaranteed for one year from first service; afterward pricing may adjust annually with notice and approval.

Service Hours

Office: Mon–Fri 9a–5p. Technicians: Mon–Sat 8a–5p. If a service can’t be performed, you’ll be notified and not charged.

Below-Surface Drains

Not included in gutter cleaning. For jetting, CCTV, or CULTEC installs, our sister company CT Stormwater Authority can service these lines. Annual inspections recommended.
